How many of you have something in your life that you would love to change?

Have you guys ever had a time in your life where you just made the decision that life was going to be different from that point forward? Because I came to a point where I had to make this decision. I thought to myself “enough is enough, I am changing my life.” I didn’t care what method of operation it took — I was going to create something new.

When I was 26 years old, I was looking at a business to change my life. What do you think my biggest obstacle really was? It was massive fear-like self-doubt like you wouldn’t believe. By the time I was 23 years old, I’d had 23 jobs and I dropped out of high school when I was 16 or 17. I was going to work a job, and make all this money, and buy a cool car. But I couldn’t get a job, so I thought if I worked harder and longer that that would set me free, but I just could never get ahead.

So I changed my life. I wanted to be my own boss. I told myself “if I can find somebody who’s getting the results that I want to get and they’re willing to show me what to do and how to do it, I’m pretty sure that I could learn just about anything.”

We are a personal development company. We teach people how to think differently — to create different results in their life, how to shoot for bigger things and how to open their mind to different possibilities.

I know what it’s like to struggle. I know what it’s like to be on the wrong side of the bell curve your whole life. I know what it’s like to be discounted — to not get the promotion, to not get the raise, to always be the guy that just for some reason you’re not getting what you want.

Everything you do, all the money you spend, all the decisions you make is doing nothing but recreating the life that you’re living right now. I know what it’s like to have that lightbulb moment and I know what it’s like to have everything change and life is different from that point forward.

I don’t think there’s a more exciting journey of life to be had. Because my worst day as an entrepreneur is way better than my best days an employee.
